After receiving her bachelor’s degree in journalism at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands, Sanny worked for several Dutch magazines, newspapers, and digital agencies as a copywriter, feeding her curiosity for people and their food. When she moved to the US in 2014, she started her own business.

As a food journalist,
her notebook and camera traveled anywhere from greasy Chinese kitchens to Mexican markets. As a copywriter and content strategist, she worked for premium brands such as KLM and Philips, both in Europe and the US. Her interest in growing brands on a mission grew when she joined Global Imprint. Being able to create relevant and valuable content while making a positive impact on the world — it doesn’t get much better than that.
Based in a picturesque mountain town,
Sanny’s other full-time job — shared with her husband — is raising two boys. She loves to cook and, in a former life, spend endless weekends on her foodie passion. Now she embraces dump-and-go meals from her slow cooker…. Good thing she can keep up a healthy lifestyle with the help of her e-bike to conquer the great outdoors.
